Alex and Don are the best!
I was visiting family and needed help before heading back home. Even though they were busy, Alex did a road test with me and shared an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience. As soon as a lift opened up in the shop he called me in and completed the service in a single day.
This is an honest shop that espouses the good old values of honour and respect. I highly recommend this shop.

Truck was Shuddering. Ford dealer diagnosed it as torque converter slipping replacement cost +$3,000. Alberni Transmission replaced fluid and added some magic “Shudder Stop”. Runs like a dream now. They were AWESOME.
