I couple months ago went on an adventure to pick up a truck in Port Alberni, and needed to do some repairs before taking it away. M&D staff went beyond what could be expected to help me out and they had the small miscellaneous parts needed to repair usable parts, not just replace them. Their selection is better than the chain stores, their prices are good, and their staff is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I grew up in a small town and this is how it used to be before chain stores began monopolize small markets. Old school, I’d never go anywhere else in Pt. Alberni.”
