“While traveling through Port Alberni, we ran into some clutch issues with our vehicle. We showed up at B&A Transmission without an appointment, and they immediately took the time to check out our car. Together with their team, we were able to go through a detailed and clear diagnosis — open, honest, and hands-on.
What really stood out was that they did this entire inspection completely free of charge — a rare and truly appreciated gesture!
Although they weren’t able to carry out the repair due to it being a European vehicle with limited parts availability, their effort and attitude were outstanding. Super friendly, honest, and down-to-earth people who genuinely care and want to help.

We were on the Island for a trip and were worried we wouldn’t make it home because of our van not staying in gear.
