The staff are fantastic, friendly, and very helpful, providing great product knowledge and advice. They are committed to helping with nutrition and products, and the store is a fantastic place where pets are welcome. They carry decent quality raw food and Bosley brand items that pets love. While prices can be a little steep, they offer good prices overall and a great range. Customers find it an absolute pleasure to deal with the staff, who go above and beyond.

Friendly staff and a great range of products. Prices can be a little steep but overall about what you'd expect for a smaller chain pet store. They carry decent quality raw food for my pup so they're my go to here in town.
