Phoned for a part, was hung up on after waiting for the parts person to let me know if they could get my part. Phoned back and rudely told they don't have my part and then hung up on again. Terrible customer service.

Best auto parts store in Port Alberni. They were able to order a flywheel for me no problem with a 1 day wait that lordco told me was "discontinued" and it was $83 cheaper than lordco's alternative flywheel. Not only that, but when I called lordco I asked for a flywheel by part number and they proceeded to ask if i had a manual or auto trans... This was scary for an auto parts store because if you know, the "flywheel" in a manual trans. is replaced by the "flexplate" in an auto trans. and it showed that they don't know about the parts any more than any random person punching your make and model into a computer and reading off a list. Southside were also able to answer questions I had about the clutch I was replacing. Best price, & service in town !
