I downgraded this to what is more appropriate. Customers appreciate a response especially when they are telling you that they have wasted money on bad quality food.
We started coming in to this store on our way to Great Central for years. We love the store but I'm only giving it 4 stars because the sandwiches we used to love just aren't good anymore. Maybe the fridge freezes or something? Everything out of the sandwich cooler is wet. The time before last the bread on my usually nice Italian style sandwich was like play dough. Yesterday it was the worst Lumberjack sandwich I've ever had. The bread was wet and maybe it was different cheese. It looked like Kraft singles, again wet, and the cheese was like cheese whiz. Sorry for going on for so long, we still like the store. It is clean and staff is very kind. Since we like you so much I thought you should know. We usually get items around 9am if that helps.
