“I had multiple documents to print at Staples yesterday. I was transferring them from an iPad which made the process more complicated. Rocco was helping me and was amazing, patient and very kind while being very business like. Several other customers needed help while I was there and Rocco seamlessly moved between them and me and seemed very cool and collected. I really felt that I had taken up a lot of his time and wanted to thank him by getting him his favourite coffee from Starbucks but he insisted that it was his job to help and he was happy to be of assistance. What an excellent employee and a ray of sunshine in a world where customer service is sometimes hard to come by. Thank you Rocco.”
