This place came recommended.
I called in for a quote, they gave me the quote and told me to expect a phone call.
The next day I receive a phone call, my tires on in. When I come in, this is what you can expect.
I go in, give them my name (I was slightly confused due to some different signage) and explain my situation.
They give me an estimated wait time and sent my on my way.
Almost to the minute of their estimate they called as I was walking in the door.
The quote was on par with what they told me. I was also informed that my 9 year old tires that had never been taken care of were in bad shape, and fit for recycling.
So, they took my old tires with a smile and a wave.
So far a great experience.

I stopped at Jacks after the Toyota dealership told me they couldn’t repair my flat, and that my set of spares was in such bad shape they refused to put them on and tried selling me a new set. (The spare set has probably 50k km on them). I spoke with a great guy at Jacks, he examined both the popped tire and the spare set, he told me they could repair the flat no problem, he also told me that the spare set is in good shape too. If you want great HONEST service, Jacks is a clear choice.

Best Tire Shop, Anywhere! Had to visit twice in one week while driving the back roads of Vancouver Island and the folks at Jack’s actually made it an enjoyable experience. They saved our vacation, twice! Thanks to everyone at Jack’s!

I buy my tires and get my summer and winters switched by jacks each year, I recommended them highly, as do many. Friendly and efficient service, my last visit I was having issues with my breaks. Jordan was informative, kind and thorough. Had a ferry booked the same day and Jordan made time in his day to replace them before I had to leave. Great shop and front desk is always friendly. Complimentary tea and coffee with a seating area was very nice while I waited. Thanks Jacks for always being there for all my needs. Thanks Jordan for your awesome service.

I felt over charged. $42. Tire guy not very friendly at all...took off wrong side. Don't recommend going here.

I found the owner to be unhelpful and impolite. A better business model would be to treat customers with respect. I recommend that potential customers go see George at Canadian tire. George is polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

This is not my first time posting this, but after yet another amazing experience I've got to let it be known again that Jordan at Jack's Tire Sales & Service in Port Alberni is hands down the best mechanic I've had in my life. Honest, trustworthy, great work and great service. I'd recommend to anyone on the coast without a hint of a doubt in my mind. They have never once steered us wrong and Jordan goes above and beyond all expectations I've ever had of a mechanic. If your vehicle can make it to Port for repairs save yourself the time, money and headache and take it right to Kingsway Ave.

First come first served, great rates and prices. I needed my tires balanced and I went there and only waited 20 minutes, pulled in and in 10 minutes was back on my way. I highly recommend Jack's for all your tire needs and services.

Wanted to support the local tire shop. Won’t ever use these guys again. My truck is in perfect condition and came back with a dent my fender trim. The person on the phone was extremely rude, horrible customer service. I’ll take my business down the road to Kal-Tire
