These Gems are amazing to deal with!! I must have gotten a poor batch of tire, two seperate occassions two of the tires were defective. Sitting here now having the second swapped out, all smiles!! Showed up and they parked me and jumped right on it!!! Can get on with my own busy day now, worry free!! Thank you so much KalTire!! 6 Star Customer Service Rating!!

A clean and welcoming atmosphere with knowledgeable and professional staff. The customer service was exceptional and best of all, the price of my new winter tires was within my budget. This was my third visit and it certainly won't be the last. Thank you Kal Tire!

it’s a little intimidating buying tires for the first time from a real tire shop but my whole experience at Pearson Kal Tire was excellent. love how they have their inventory online. i called last week for ones i liked that were 195/55/15. Tony in sales knows what he’s doing haha in and off the phone in 3 minutes. went in today and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. mounted them onto new wheels and had them balanced w new valve stems in 30 minutes. love it here and will defs be back!!!

We came from Tofino and we were heading to Nanaimo to get our tire fixed. We realized Nanaimo is way too far for us to drive with a broken tire. Then we found Kal Tire nearby. I called and the very lovely Tanis said we could walk-in anytime. True to that, when we arrived, they serviced our car right away and in less than 20 mins it was done. Excellent service by Tyler and customer service by Tanis, superb!

We highly recommend this place esp. from people coming from Tofino ❤️

Coming from Tofino it is so hard to get your tire fixed, so we searched a place and we found Kal Tires. Best place to get your tire fixed, amazing customer service, especially when you are waiting in the office, lovely people to talk to especially Tanis, she is lovely. Tyler was superb and fast at patching our tire, very friendly and knowledgable. Overall Rating : 10/5 Value is top notch, you wont regret coming here. Highly recommended
