Terrible costumer service, the security device was left on a gift and when asked why I needed to present receipt on a gift I was told I was being rude 5 times and that it is policy, I searched for receipt and provided then wad told to leave store. By Rhonda.

I went in looking for hikers and found a good selection on sale. I found a fabulous pair but not in my size. The friendly salesperson told me I could find what I wanted online and have it shipped for free to my door! I found a few other clothing pieces on sale in the store. Win! Win! ✨️✨️

Poor selection of sizes, and shop layout. I’m all for customer service but was asked if I was okay 4 times, 2 of which were from the same member of staff. Each time I said yes thanks, just browsing. I felt I was being watched very closely. Never experienced this in a store before and felt quite uncomfortable. Ended up leaving empty handed with my $200 gift card.
