-10 STARS is my review, it started out fine then the true clerical follow up failed not once but several times. without making some kind of an appointment they rely on memory and that's how not to run a business! during this time damage was done because the job didn't get started on time and i still haven't heard from them, mabehire a secretary?

Traveling thru and stopped in to get a code read, the 3 other shops I went to before finding this one were just too busy to spend 3 minutes and read the engine code for me. Really appreciated he took the time to help me out so I knew what my check engine light was trying to tell me. He only wanted 20.00 for it, I gave him 40.00 as was so thrilled with the attitude and service.

joe and crew have repaired 3 trucks last one f450 total engine swap ,driveline and elect now on number 4 engine swap on f550 as well as head work on sons 6.4 f350 by far top notch service and honest have dealt with other diesel shops on island these guys are great rayf

After having a bad experience with another transmission place, Off road came highly recommended by the Ford Dealership in our area, so we brought our truck into Off Road Diesel. A huge thank you to Joe and Frank for your professionalism. Not only did they fix the problem, the cost was reasonable and they took time out of their busy schedule to pick me up to get my truck, so I did not need to take a taxi. They went above and beyond for customer service and our truck is running great. Thank you!
