“I've been to this location twice as of this review. The service people are very friendly, quick and efficient! It's convenient to have your oil changed in under 10 minutes without getting out of the car. If you're a busy person (like me) who can't always find the time to leave your car at a dealership / mechanic (also like me), it's a great option. They also check other fluids, lights, filters, etc. For most folks, something like a cabin filter is a super easy (and inexpensive) thing to change on your own... but convenience!The only negative is that it isn't cheap. It's not quite double the cost of getting your oil changed elsewhere... but that's the price of convenience, and I can't knock them a star for it. Also, the debit/credit payment terminals do have a tip prompt activated. How you feel about that is up to you.”
