I had a fantastic experience meeting Sukanya, a Personal Banking Associate at the PoCo BMO. Warm, thoughtful and widely knowledgeable, it was a welcome surprise in comparison to other conversations I've had with banking professionals.
Sukanya thoroughly answered my questions. I didn't feel rushed, nor did I feel pushed towards making decisions. I came with questions about my TFSA, daily banking and long-term investments. I felt very well taken care of as Sukanya responded to my questions and provided relevant solutions.
I'm very glad I made an appointment to speak with an associate rather than waiting to speak with someone through the general BMO phone line.

Izah was very helpful when I was asking about credit cards. She was very knowledgeable and offered investments too. The staff are friendly and they spend time to answer your concerns.

I am a long-time BMO customer and never had any problems. BMO app is awesome and if I can't find an answer online, the branch employees have always been very helpful with my inquiries! They work on Saturdays, too!

They launched a investigation into the unauthorized transactions on my daughter's account and 3 weeks later no one knows what we are talking about and apparently it will be another 3 weeks

I want to take a moment to thank you Kevin. I was looking for a credit card last week, Kevin did a great job to explain the difference of each products and recommend me the proper cards based on my needs. Also, he gave me warmly welcome when I arrived branch, he did really job on customer services as well!

When I came here about 2 weeks ago, the bank teller Luisa was able to easily fix a problem I’ve been having for quite some time. I highly recommend going to her for her expertise and helpfulness.

For a bank that’s motto is “making baking simpler” or whatever, they really complicate things. Every time I call I get conflicting information, false information, misleading information. I shouldn’t need to call 5 different times to do a balance transfer and get 5 different responses. “Yes you can, you just need to go into a branch” “no, you cant do that”.Seriously, such a trash bank with trash customer service

I am not too sure how HR people hire tellers and how they train tellers. Their customer service is worst. Way they treat costumer is rude and temperamental. I hope the head office look in to it and train tellers to improve their customer service.
