“I had a small issue with some trim that stopped my window from rolling all the way up. Richard came out and had a look then one of the body men came out and did a bit of manipulation to the trim. Literally fixed it in two minutes. Gave me some suggestions on how to keep it from happening again. When I asked how much I owed Richard smiled and said we are happy to have fixed it so quickly. Just remember to use us next time you ever have an issue.
The least I can do is give them a five star review with a strong recommendation. Based on my experience I would gladly go back to them for any other bodywork or claims that I have in the future.

“Living in Pitt Meadows, I contacted Fix Auto regarding an ICBC claim.
Called them on a Monday, had an appointment within an hour, Nav evaluated the damage, said the repairs would be done by Friday and I drove home in their courtesy car. My repairs were done by Wednesday!
Not only does my Jeep look great but the inside was cleaned.
ICBC figured it would take a couple of weeks for an appointment and then repairs. Fix Auto completed everything in three days.

As a young new driver it was very nerve wrecking to have to go through the entire process of fixing my car after an accident without any experience or anyone I could ask. The staff were so incredibly kind and patient with all the questions I had to ask, I’m always at school or at work and they made sure they could communicate with me somehow whenever possible, they explained the entire process to me in great detail and even offered their advice from their own experiences. ( which I highly appreciate) My car was fixed super quick in just a few days, it looks so smooth, clean and just brand new. “Needed to re-do the clutch kit and flywheel so I took it to Aram. Very knowledgeable with Mazda and the turn around was quick. Good price for the labour involved and it was quality work. Need to brake the new clutch in but as of this writing its shifting very well!
