“Long story short, I was kinda mad about the entire situation when I requested mobile team to fix some scratches on my car and it turned out way worst then it came out from factory and oversprayed all over my car. “This is my third time dealing with Mike's and every time I've come away extremely satisfied. Mike is extremely personable, and very sensitive to customer's concerns about getting a quality result for the lowest price. Today I asked him to estimate work on a cosmetic repair to cover over some foreign paint stains transferred to my car's fender and quarter panel. Mike did the inspection on the spot, calculated and wrote up the estimate and then said "But, I wouldn't do it if I were you." Instead he told me how to remove the paint stains, where to find my pain trim color code, and how to touch up the scratches myself. He then did the paint stain removal himself while I watched. And, no charge for any of this.”

“I visited to fix my car due to a collision, and the Korean owner handled the work very quickly and accurately. When you call, the owner may seem a bit unfriendly, but I think it's because he's so busy with the backlog of cars. When you actually go and meet him, he's a really nice person. Thanks to that, I didn't have much of a gap period without my car, and I was able to get my car fixed not long after the accident. He also found and fixed damaged parts that I didn't notice. My car is in great condition after the repair. I highly recommend this shop.”

“I absolutely recommend this shop forever. As a young new driver it was very nerve wrecking to have to go through the entire process of fixing my car after an accident without any experience or anyone I could ask. The staff were so incredibly kind and patient with all the questions I had to ask, I’m always at school or at work and they made sure they could communicate with me somehow whenever possible, they explained the entire process to me in great detail and even offered their advice from their own experiences. ( which I highly appreciate) My car was fixed super quick in just a few days, it looks so smooth, clean and just brand new. They did an amazing job and I am so grateful because they made this process so easy for me, I feel like I know everything now :) and they were basically holding my hand through the whole thing.

For the few that did, my wait time was 2.5 -3 months however Mega Autobody took my car and fixed it in less than 2 weeks. He also helped with ICBC. I would definitely recommend this shop!”
“They were fast and accommodating. I damaged the side of my car on a pillar. Found them on icbc’s website. They needed me to wait about two weeks to get the car in, cause I needed a loaner and it wasn’t available for a bit. They met that deadline then said it would be in the shop about a week. I dropped it Monday, got it back Friday, repairs and detailed.
They were easy to deal with, delivered on all their promised deadlines, and handled all the ICBC side of the work of the transaction. No complaints.”
