Our car was damaged by some low-life, hit and run at a Walmart parking lot. Colorworks helped us repair the damages and did detailing in 4 days. The result is very good. Duncan checked the result with us to make sure we are happy with it. He helped us to remove a stubborn water stain on the top of the car too! The services are great, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Prices may be on the premium side but you get what you pay for. We will hire them again in the future! 5 stars.”

“I don't think I've ever experienced the quality of care as a customer that I did with Mike's. After getting into an accident with a dreaded electric car that resulted in all the "big name" shops turning me away and recommending Mike, I went with him even though I normally wouldn't think to go with a small shop first. The incident, which was a minor fender-bender, turned into a nightmare between the car being from the states and having to wait MONTHS for ICBC to approve the repairs and wait on shipping up from America. We also have to send the car to the dealership for some of the wiring and they were one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Mike never complained once! I'm honestly not even sure he made a profit at the end with all the extra time and hours he spent making everything happen, going to bat for me with ICBC, advocating for me with the dealership. And when it was all done? He picked me up and took me to his shop to get my car on his own time just so I wouldn't need to wait any longer after being without a vehicle for months. 1000% recommend.”

“I recently called Fix Auto Surrey after calling many other repair shops as the window to my insurance claim was closing. All other shops refused to even get me in for an estimate.The folks at Surrey Fix Auto opened a slot for me the next morning, looked at my vehicle and started ordering the parts necessary right away. They also helped me work with ICBC to reopen my claim which had apparently been closed.Within a week or so, they had enough parts to get the work started and some more on the way. Within 2 weeks of calling them, my car was brand new again. They even put me in contact with a fantastic windshield repair shop down the road, and had it completed before returning our car. They detailed the inside and gave it a good wash too!When everyone else gave up on my car before even trying, let alone looking at it, the people at Surrey Fix Auto took me in with open arms, and wonderful smiles. They are exceptional at what they do and absolute professionals. The service and work done were amazing.I live in PoCo but next time I need any work done, I will make sure to call them first. I will also gladly recommend them to any friends and family who need auto body work done moving forward. 5⭐️++”

“I had my front window replaced and they did a great job. There was a camera on the front glass of my car. It was glued on the glass and it was difficult to remove. They removed it and reinstalled it. The part of the car glass seal was not tight, which was a quality problem with Subaru itself. They also made an appointment to fix it for us free of charge. The service is outstanding.”
