“I brought my Toyota Rav4 to Mr. Kim recently. The Rav4 suffered a blown engine and needed an engine transplant. Mr. Kim explained, clearly, to both my wife and me how he was going to fix the Rav4. Mr. Kim was very knowledgeable. His explanation helped us understand the steps he was going to take to replace the engine, and that understanding gave us the confidence that this team could do the job properly and not cut corners. They switched out the blown engine with a new one, and our Rav4 was fixed! Coming out of this experience, I feel really, really safe leaving my vehicle in the hands of Mr. Kim and his team. They displayed great professionalism, were knowledgeable as well as polite. They are a rare example of how a good car shop should be run. So, thank you, Mr. Kim and your team, for fixing my Rav4. “I had my front window replaced and they did a great job. There was a camera on the front glass of my car. It was glued on the glass and it was difficult to remove. They removed it and reinstalled it. The part of the car glass seal was not tight, which was a quality problem with Subaru itself. They also made an appointment to fix it for us free of charge. The service is outstanding.”
