Received this as a gift. No issue with the fruit but the packaging is deplorable. There were 50 plastic skewers that hold the fruit, styrofoam and cellophane wrapping. Really! Need to find better sustainable options. Not something I would order as a gift for someone else.

Ordered a valentines gift 2 days in advance only for the delivery person to call me at 10:30 pm to ask where (outside of a gated and locked compound) the bouquet could be left. He also told me that the flowers I had ordered were missing.I find this absolutely ludicrous and I'm surprised they're still in busines

This location had great customer service! There was a small mix up on my order but I was very surprised by how the company handled it and went above and beyond to make up for it:) Amazing customer service and the fruit boquet was perfect. I would highly recommend this Coquitlam location:)
