Cute store, really large, lots of things to look at. Didn’t know it existed because of where it is so I thought I’d go have a look. I have only been this one time but -1 for pricing and -1 because I really felt the women who worked there was watching me. She asked if I was looking for anything specific I said no just having a look and kept looking. Like I said the store was really large and LOTS to look at so I was taking my time, but I felt like she was keeping and eye on me. Every time I went to another section, I could hear her heels on the ground following up behind me and she kept “organizing” things super close to me. At one point she asked if I was still doing okay I told her I was. The whole time I tried to just think how she isn’t watching me, she’s just doing her job.. finally I saw something and took a minute to look and to grab a couple of them walked away to keep shopping not even a minute later she comes up to me “I can put those at the front for you if you’d like” at this point it was obvious she was watching me. Because the items were small, I could very well hold them.. or pocket them I guess.
I gave them to her and laughed a bit and said “if YOU want” I continued to look, grabbed another item paid and left(the person who checked me out was lovely). If I didn’t REALLY want the stuff I found I would have just left immediately.
I thought I’d skip the online shopping and try in store..won’t be doing that again. That interaction reminded me of why I shop online, I don’t think I’ll be back.

I lost my gift card my son bought me and I told the staff my problem and all three of them worked on it till they found it on my son’s account. I am thrilled I love the store it has the perfect assortment for gardening and beautiful clothing . The staff are always friendly and helpful. 😊

I highly recommend this store for their plants, women’s clothing, kitchen and homeware, as well as gift selection. They truly care about their customers. It meant so much to have the one-on-one customer service from such genuine, caring staff. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much!

As my wife and I walked into Hampton Home Living at Fremont Village in Port Coquitlam, I couldn't help but be impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. Owner had over 30 years of experience in retail, and my wife has a keen eye for quality, and it's clear that Hampton Home Living is something special.From the moment we stepped inside, it was evident that this boutique garden centre offers a unique shopping experience. The selection of home decor, fashion, plants, and gardening essentials is impressive, catering to a variety of tastes and needs.What stood out to me the most was the dedication to customer service. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping customers find what they need. They carry a specialized clothing line called Cream. I had tried the Cream short blazer on in a different store near me in Ontario, however I needed a different size. Searched the internet and Hampton Home Living carried the item and had 1 remaining in my size. I messaged them and they promptly shipped it via xpress post within the hour. Received the item in 2 days just in time for my son’s commencement. THANK YOU for the extra effort in expediting this item! I very much appreciate your excellent customer service!

I ordered a product online that isn’t available in Ontario. The Website was very user-friendly and I was able to place my order very easily. The order arrived two days earlier than expected, and it was well packaged. When I called the customer service line to inquire about availability of the product in the future, i was quickly connected with a friendly, knowledgeable customer service rep who answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this business, as it is clearly client-centred, efficient, and easy to work with.
