Put a claim on UPS.
UPS has no idea or confirmation of delivery. I am shunted back to MARK’s and
They are going to take there on sweet time to get to it.
Meanwhile I am on HOLD for four weeks.

Emily is an amazing worker as a a cashier and a sales worker! she helped me out with the Levi jeans, she selected a couple styles for myself and I loved all of them. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!!! she's amazing with people, very chatty and our conversations were amazing! Go to MARKS people!!

The people that work there are lovely. In terms of the franchises products - it’s foul. Especially for boots!!! There is next to nothing in the womens section that doesn’t make us look like we’re a boy scout. Super unfortunate.

Sure would be nice if they answered the phone. I tried multiple times and no answer. Not even an answering machine. Not into driving all the way out to find a product that they may not have.

We brought our eldest here to get some steel-toed boots for work. Huge selection and the boxes are on display so he was free to grab his size and try them on. Much better than waiting for staff to find them in the back. We’ll be back again to buy his outdoor gear as well.

They never have my size 11 and what sizes they have in 11 is usually nothing that I wear. Maybe just 11 is a very popular size I'm not sure but this is something that's been going on for a while

I give 4 stars instead of 5 for a nit picky reason. All the larger sized clothing is always on the bottom shelf/rack. The smaller sized individuals can crouch much easier than us rounder folk. I’m sure it is a franchise decision to do that, but one could hope this gets forwarded to corporate.
