“I came to Staples looking for some customer service for a faulty computer I had purchased some 4 months earlier. Varun asked me to come back on Saturday and ask for technician by the name of Anubhav. When I came back on Saturday, Anubhav was expecting me and knew about my computer problem. Anubhav completed a quick analysis on my computer and removed an intrusive driver ( whatever that means ). My computer is working like new. I found these 2 gentlemen very accommodating and I want to thank them both in providing first rate customer service.”
