Extremely poor service and lazy staff. When I shop competitor stores they help me find what I am looking for. They walk me to where the product is located. At this store I was "told" "you'll have to fund what you're looking for yourself". Dog foods are here Cat food here. Then she walked away. Unbelievably pathetic service

They’re not very customer service oriented at the poco location. I went there 20 minutes early to drop off my dog for a grooming appointment and the girl lied to me about the time and told me that I’m way too early and they couldn’t take my dog for another 30 minutes. I asked if they could take him now because I’ve got some other things to do and she said no. ( come back in 30 minutes ) not very good customer service.

My mom took our cat in. Use to go to the one in maple ridge but the groomer there hasn't been there for awhile. So thought would try the poco location. We were told they no longer shave the hair between the pads of the feet or a sanitary shave. Was told the cat was still be damp under the bell but when we got home (45mins away) he was still wet on the tummy and the legs like he could get a hot spot and matted. I'm very disappointed with this service and we will not going back or suggesting this location for cats.
Update: my cat has mats now, it's the next day after his "grooming" he went in without mats as I brush him so he doesn't get them. I'm so mad that I paid for a service I feel wasn't done.

I had terrible experience with grooming service with Samantha today .She cut my dog’s face around his eye and didn’t tell me while I picked him up!!!!! I asked for teddy bear face for my puppy, and medium grooming on his body , while i came for pick up my puppy, first of she charged me 15$ extra because of puppy was wiggling during grooming , and then she said because he was mad and in middle of conversation she said he was good during grooming and asked me to pay the payment other side , after payment she brought my puppy completely without any coat on his body and face , and while I asked her why he is bald , she said because he was wiggling and I was not able to groom his face as teddy bear face !
She didn’t cut his nails, the puppy smells like never got show, he was itchy after grooming and so anxious which before he always had great experience with grooming .
Samantha charged me 90$ for making bald my puppy and didn’t provide full service( no cutting nail, I am so disappointed with pet smart for hiring someone who does not have expertise and experience.I wanted to talk to manager but didn’t find any one at store!

I have a poodle, and I always take him to this store for grooming. They do a great job with him every time. I highly recommend this store!

I wanna say "thank you!❤️" to Lauren of PetSmart Poco branch...
Lauren is a good example of great customer service. She greeted me and my baby Alfie with a big smile, made me feel at ease by reassuring me Alfie will be in good hands. Kudos to people like Lauren...theirs is not an easy job...but they do their best.
