Beverly is really professional and nice to talk to. I was running late by 25mins for my appointment today and she told me don't worry about it, and proceed directly to the work. She quickly understand my request and helped me sort it out. Thank you Beverly, you made my day.

What is going on with the training at this branch?!? It's bad enough that my wife was told she had to visit a branch (by the customer service line) to add a second email to an account to accept etransfers - but to be told adamantly by 3 tellers that it was impossible, only to find out that she could complete the action via her online profile at home is unacceptable!! Furthermore, the first teller spun his terminal around to have her log into her online banking and didn't even bother logging her out until she double-checked with him before leaving exasperated!
There is definitely a need of better training for the staff at this branch.

If I could leave a negative star I would. Simon has been an absolute nightmare to deal with I was in a rush to get an account set up before leaving town for a work trip, he was late to our appointment by half an hour and completely incompetent his English was very poor and he seems to have set up every aspect of the account incorrectly it’s been a month now and I’ve had countless phone calls and e mails with RBC trying to get it all sorted out. Do yourself a favour don’t bother with RBC

Usually the bank is not a place that I like to go until it is really neccessary. Recently because my friend has a issue with RBC online banking, I visited this branch because of the long wait and slow service I would have given this place the worst review. But because of 2 employees it would be unfair to give this place a bad review. Our dealing with was a lady, she was in a hijab and I am giving this referrence since I didn't know her name. She was super efficent and by nature she had a helping attitude. My 5 stars are because of her,and another gentleman named Mike. Mike and the Hijab lady were beside eachother and I could hear the conversation Mike was having with his clients. I dont know anything about his efficiency but all I know that he was super humble. He had a new couple from Colombia who had just arrived in Canada, So when they came they said they have a problem with english. Mike replied that he has a bigger problem in Spanish than the couple had with English, and then he had right away took out his IPhone and opened google translate. He started a conversation with them. His humbleness and being so down to earth has touched me the most. I think that both of those employees are an asset to RBC and with the world being so materilistic we need more people with a good heart than efficiency.

I wanted to give a five star call out to Jose! After having had a lot of difficulty at the Oxford branch, I was delighted to receive excellent customer service here at Fremont. It took almost an hour for José to work his way through different RBC telephone support groups to resolve my credit card issue, but he stuck with it and was able to see it through. Thank you José for your excellent service this morning.

Their phone number has never worked!I have told them and I told other people on the 1 800 numbers too.We have been waiting for our discharge papers on our mortgage for over 2 yrs.Who runs a business this way????
