Do not buy a Firman generator or any Equipmemt from Home Depot. They only offer a 3 month warranty. I bought mine 4 months ago. Used it 2 times before and went to use it the other day and it doesn’t run properly. I called them they told me it was past the 3 month instore warranty and there was nothing they could do under goodwill. And referred me to firman. Contacted firman and they sent me procedures to clean the carburetor and check the ecm. If not bring it to the repair center. Will not be buying tools or equipment from home depot again. I wish I had the time to pick one up at Costco when I bought it as they would take it back and give me a new one. I rarely leave reviews but this one is worth sharing.

We went to Home Depot to replace our stove today. We were greeted by Paulo who was over the top knowledgeable and just a top notch guy. He was very helpful, and because of that, he will forever be our go to guy!!! Thanks Paulo!!!

It took over a month for washer/dryer installation technicians to come and go, not knowing how to install the wall mount dryer. Poor communication from Home Depot and their contractors. The brand new dryer sat in my living room for over a month. The contractors cancelled on me twice when I took time off to be home during a 5 hour time frame. It took calling the contractors and Home Depot multiple times, to finally get it installed. I do NOT recommend the delivery and installation service.

Customer service that Mary Anne offers in painting department is above and beyond our expectations. She is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable.Home Depot store management, you have an asset in this department.

Went here for a specific item that was supposed to be in stock according to the website. While looking in the aisle for the specific item a sales associate asked if we needed help, I explained what we are looking for and showed him the SKU so he could look up the item in his system. According to the system the item was in stock, but on clearance, so he didn't know where in the store it was. After telling us that he turned around and walked away without even attempting to help any further. We put back all the other items we intended to purchase and left, definitely won't be coming back to this location.

The adult version of a kid's candy store. What can I say. They should rent out rooms for people like me for a night while we try and remember all the things you were intended to purchase without the oh Da☆☆it I forgot to grab this or that. I could spend a week shopping in this store. Don't ever win the lottery, owning 1 of these stores would be one of my first purchases. Who needs to buy a house when you can build it yourself. Lol.Everything you need for any home improvements, fixes or gardening. Cant go wrong with HD

Most of the aisles are blocked, it makes hard to go through with the shopping carts. Quite a few items strapped in bundles and nobody around to cut the straps. Items hidden inside the boxes.Hard to find help in spite of several employees wandering around. Little things that make an unpleasant shopping experience...

Went to the paint department asking for help picking out the best paint to re-paint my garage. I was told they are not paint experts, I should figure out what I want and they can mix it. Paint prices have gone up to $70-$90 a gallon and they got rid of the service part.

I had a great experience at Home Depot. Their Persian employee who speaks Farsi was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable, which made my shopping trip enjoyable and informative. The return policy gave me peace of mind, and the presence of a Persian-speaking employee was a valuable addition to my visit.

All of the composite decking was either unavailable, out of stock, on back orders with no eta, or on restriction soon to be unavailable. Yet the product website and office claims no such shortage. Might just be a corporate, clerical shortfall of the Home Depot.

My disappointment with the Portable Barbecue Napoleon I recently purchased from Home Depot's online store.Upon receiving the product, I was shocked to find that the barbecue arrived in a used, opened, and extremely dirty condition inside the box. It was evident that someone had previously bought and used the barbecue, then returned it without even bothering to clean it.This level of disregard for product quality and customer experience is unacceptable. Furthermore, I am dissatisfied that I had to arrange and bring the product back to the store on my own, as there was no option for delivery.I will think twice to buy another online product from you.

Ernest was very knowledgeable, dedicated, willing to help above and beyond. I felt a friend was helping me, not an associate in the plumbing department. I had to find and put some parts together but I couldn't find what I needed directly on the shelf. My little project was quite complicated, and the parts I needed were not a quick in and out purchase. Ernest was helping me to put the puzzle together and finding the right combination of parts. I was very satisfied walking out of the store with what I needed to complete my project.Ernest deserves beyond 5 stars.

Difficult finding knowledgeable, helpful customer service associates.Truly is a do it all yourself retailer.Revisited this location June 21st to purchase 3 Cedar hedges for delivery. 1 hour and 35 minutes later with Customer Service a difficult /challenging conversation. I was schooled on Home Depot interdepartment systems and procedures. OMG!Let's find out if delivery is any better, for live plants ..BBB next stop.NO DELIVERY.Waste of time ,and fuel.Review submitted to Better Business Bureau

They know how to TAKE a reservation they just don't know how to HOLD a reservation. Don't book your rental vehicle here and risk getting cancelled last minute for no reason other than someone else came along and you might not show up! I mean honestly that's the point of RESERVING!Do better Home Depot!
