Hugh is the best!!! I called in a panic because my toddler drew permanent marker scribbles all over my Urban barn leather sofa and Hugh tested a piece of leather with cleaner and called me back to let me know it was safe to use on my couch. Thank you so much Hugh!

We recently purchased a sofa from Urban Barn Port Coquitlam Outlet after weeks of searching various furniture stores! The whole team at the store went out of their way to help us find the perfect sofa for our home. We will definitely go there first for any future purchases!!

Urban Barn Poco Outlet is awesome. The store is clean and simply laid out. If you are all about deals this is the place to be. We have bought an office chair, area rugs, accessories etc for great prices. The staff is super helpful and their manager Amanda is amazing!!!!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, we found some terrific deals at the outlet and were very impressed at how well the furniture was prepared for pick up. The staff took great care to disassemble the furniture and wrap it for transport! Fantastic customer service! I would definitely recommend this store! ?
