Urban Barn Poco Outlet is awesome. The store is clean and simply laid out. If you are all about deals this is the place to be. We have bought an office chair, area rugs, accessories etc for great prices. The staff is super helpful and their manager Amanda is amazing!!!!

They have amazing prices and great "as is" products!The 2 sales people I dealt with were awesome! Super friendly but not pushy! Very helpful for my needs.I will recommend it and will be back.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, we found some terrific deals at the outlet and were very impressed at how well the furniture was prepared for pick up. The staff took great care to disassemble the furniture and wrap it for transport! Fantastic customer service! I would definitely recommend this store! ?

I can't say enough AMAZING things about the staff here and how they go above and beyond. We had the opportunity to work with Coleen and her team on furnishing our new place and they were able to make so many great recommendations and find the perfect pieces for our home. Can't recommend enough.

I had to get a receipt But I wasn't sure about my poor English and my last year's purchase receipt again But two female employees still remembered me, a long time ago customer, and she finally found my receipt after trying many things for me They were happy to help me until the end without losing their smile even though it was a hassle I bought almost all my furniture here, but I'm still satisfied and I want my guests to know this place Whenever I see urban barn furniture in my house, poco store reminds me of the kindness of this employee. An awesome experience with incredibly helpful staff.We've been looking for almost 2 years to find some appropriate artwork for our new home and we stopped in.We almost didn't leave with anything until we saw these pieces and were given the suggestion to double up on one to create the visual we wanted.We couldn't be happier.
