DHL website shows this drop of point is open until 4pm so I arrived on 2:03 PM and they guy inside just closed the door and showed me the working hour and wvendidn't come to thedoor that I was asking him to show the DHL website.
He should update DHL website for this. It's hist fault to mislead people and wastes they time. Shame.

If there was a 0 star I definitely give a zero. my dad took two boxes to this office which was from way fair return, the guy refuses to put tape on them. He told my dad they will charge $5 per box to put the tape on them. I have to remind you that way fair will charge $14.99 per box for returning , and FedEx will pay it to authorized agent. You are trying to charge people more . how cheap you are . fedex always provide a best services and they have been really professional . I will go and report your office to the head office of fedex corp in canada to learn how to treat a customer. Customer service is at the lowest level recently. awful.
