So disappointing that Winners won't do checks on items ( even when they are not busy) , as this is "their policy".
I can understand that because every Winners has different items, this could be a challenge however, when they have the time and know EXACLTY what you are looking for , there should be an exception to this "policy".
I was surprised to see that this is the culture at this store.
I guess this is one of those examples of how the world has two kinds of people ( and establishments) - those who help others and those who don't.

I was thinking of something like TJ Maxx in the U.S. It had the same concept, but the store was much more comfortable and the items were well organized. It was good for shopping because there were no racks or aisles too close together, and if you find the right brand, you can do some worthwhile shopping.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Winners, and I must highlight the exceptional service provided by Yasaman. Her friendliness and product knowledge made my experience enjoyable. her positive attitude truly brightened my day. It's clear that she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend visiting Winners, especially if you can be assisted by Yasaman!

Outstanding customer service from the employee "Haleh"!
She was extremely helpful and even when I was willing to leave and not resolve the problem, she found a solution to a technical issue.
Best customer service I have had in many years. She was very knowledable, polite and reassuring. Thank you very much for all of your help today "HALEH"!

5 star only for Feri, I came to see Feri as a jewellery consultant as usual but she was not there I only trust her when I buy any jewelries at Winners but unfortunately she was in the customer service! So I couldn’t buy anything!

Cashier asked me did I want a bag, I said yes. I wait while they look up an item, she stacks my purchases on counter. I ask about bag as cashier is walking away from me. She says you would have to grab one behind you and purchase. I ask why didn’t you say that when I said yes to a bag.
I stuffed everything in my purse and apparently 2 items must have fallen out. Phoned Customer Service she advised nothing reported. I know they came out in the store it was the only time I reached in my bag was in the store.
Customer Service dismissed me and could not keep the disdain from her voice. Of course they don’t “retrieve” items that are dropped after paid for. Hope the person who stole my purchases does not profit from me.
