Sami was extremely pleasant to deal with. They were overwhelmed due to the promos and I can tell they worked long hours and through their breaks. They even stayed late to help us well past closing. Thx Maahi.JayesonI have returned to PoCo Costco wireless service as everytime my contract ends, or problems with my phone, whoever is behind the desk has been great to work with.Today, May 17, 2024, Rony was very helpful in assisting me in a new plan & phone. The phone he suggested was not in the PoCo store. He called around where other stock was located & found me one. It'll be shipped to PoCo & I'll complete the purchase early next week. I really appreciated his extra effort in setting me up with a phone & meeting my needs. Thank you Rony & Costco Wireless. Great job. C U in 2 years for another cell using PoCo Costco.
