Scotia in Port Hardy BC needs to accommodate out of town customers on Saturday ferry schedules. We shouldn't have to be in Port Hardy for 3 business days because they don't open on Saturdays. I had asked & won't open for 1 customer.

Very limited branch hours. Quite unhelpful staff from management to financial service reps based on multiple negative interactions. Never experienced anything like it before from a bank branch.

Horrible customer service... I went in several times and spoke with a few representatives. Only one took the time to try actually help. By far the worst!!

September 24 - October 4th , they said 5 business days for edeposit to be released , today marks 7 business days/11days later and I'm neglected service and rejected my money and supervision order told me NOT to call the bank any more , big orders from supervisor who won't let me speak to branch managerI switched banks due to the Treatment I'm getting , I cancelled any and all deposits to Scotiabank I'm not going to be treated this way by anyone I don't care who you are
