“My Kia Sportage had a windshield crack, and from the very beginning, Dan the Man went above and beyond to make the entire experience absolutely seamless.
When I brought the vehicle in, they inspected the damage and explained that, since it is a 2026 model, I would need an OEM windshield. They advised that it could take 7–10 days to become available and assured me they would keep me updated. Then, on Friday, they confirmed that the windshield would be arriving from Kia on Monday and immediately booked my vehicle for installation the following day, Tuesday.
What really impressed me was their communication and attention to detail. Even though I couldn’t answer their call because of my busy schedule, they left me a voicemail and a text message so I wouldn’t miss the update. They also arranged transportation for us to get home and brought us back to the workshop when the vehicle was ready—an incredibly thoughtful service that made the whole process so convenient.
And they didn’t stop there. When I picked up my vehicle, it had been washed, and even the carpets had been cleaned. It honestly felt like I was picking up a brand-new vehicle.
I barely write reviews because for me, the overall experience has to be truly out of this world for me to take the time to write one. Dan the Man absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Clear communication, excellent work, and my car was done 40 minutes before the estimated time! I was also given a free quote beforehand so I could decide whether to go with the company or not. “I had a screw stuck in my tire so I took it to Mo’s Garage. I live in the neighborhood and have always noticed that the place is busy so I was honestly impressed that the owner himself, Mo, took the time to help me out.
After checking the tire, Mo discovered that the screw was actually too short to puncture the tire. Thankfully, there was no damage or air leak.
What really stood out to me was that Mo didn’t charge me anything. He could have easily charged for his time but instead, he helped me out and simply said there was no need to pay. I really appreciated the gesture so I gave him a good tip as a small way of saying thank you. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Mo’s Garage to others. Thanks, Mo! 🍻”

My experience at IONE Auto has been the best. Andy is honest and kind, clearly explaining everything about the vehicles so we can make an informed decision. His cars are in excellent condition, and he stands by them.
I’ve been to so many dealers (some of which were branded) but Andy’s cars were in the best condition. The external bodies are as good as we might expect. But what really stands out are the interiors of the cars in his collection. I’m not sure if he’s particular about the cars he stocks, but they were all in excellent condition, with minimal wear and tear. That makes buying used cars from here a nice experience. You might even feel like you’ve just bought a brand-new car!

I paid the deductible and I am not sure if the full price is reasonable or a little higher. I like how they were quick and found my parts in the same day and they provided me with a courtesy car during the wait for parts.”

“Got the rear bumper on my 02' Forester replaced after a kit rear ended me at a redlight. From start to finish everyone was super pleasant to deal with. Great comunication all around, even offered me a loaner car while my daily was getting repaired. Quoted me a week but called me 2 days early that my car was ready.
