Good service. A busy garage is often a sign of quality and professionalism. Amazing experience. A friend recommended this garage to me and I decided to go see for myself. I was not deceived ! I have a converted van from 1984, with carburetor and everything that was made at the time, so it's not easy to find a garage with mechanics trained in this kind of old mechanic. It was without counting on James! In 1 hour he tested the ENTIRE electrical circuit of the van and replaced the defective part. So I'm leaving with my van which now starts like clockwork! I came back the next day and he was able to inspect it for FREE to see that everything was okay. Today my exhaust pipe exploded on the highway following a small accident, Lee and his team took me directly between two meetings. They went out of their way to get me towed as quickly as possible, welcomed me and accompanied me during this difficult day. This garage has my complete confidence and I recommend it to all Vanlifers from Canada who are traveling to BC. I have traveled a lot but have never seen such quality customer service. In addition to the coffee, the welcome and the smile, they really take the time to explain to you what is wrong, the potential solutions and in the end, it is up to the customer to choose the course of action to follow with full knowledge of the facts. .Many thanks again, I will come back for sure!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My first non-dealership mechanic experience.I wasn't sure how to trust non-branded mechanics so I called around to ask a few questions if they were familiar with working on Nissan trucks.Honest service. I brought my very low mileage 2010 Frontier in because it had a check engine light on. Lee called me to let me know what the issue was, provided screenshots of the computer diagnosis, and said that the issues was an air mass sensor that had an error.His team reset the computer to clear the code, provided me a later option and cost to replace but said the truck drove fine during all the tests.Even after a simple service like that, his team cleaned and washed my truck!Definitely good and will bring other cars there.

Lee has gone above and beyond to help me and shown amazing customer service. I came in for my wiper linkage system to be repaired. Lee found out it was covered by a recall from Mitsubishi. He got my car to the dealership himself, as I couldn’t do so because I was at work in Vancouver and did not charge for this amazing favour. He was kind, honest and helpful. I am more than impressed and will happily recommend the shop to anyone.

Lee has gone above and beyond to help me and shown amazing customer service. I came in for my wiper linkage system to be repaired. Lee found out it was covered by a recall from Mitsubishi. He got my car to the dealership himself, as I couldn't do so because I was at work in Vancouver and did not charge for this amazing favour. The dealership did not complete the job and didn't put the cover back on my wiper system. I took it back to Lee and he had it back and perfect in an hour. Everyone I encountered there was professional, kind and showed excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.
