We attended our first cooking class at Eden West and had an amazing experience. It was a four-course Moroccan-themed evening with Chef Glenys, and every dish was delicious, perfectly seasoned, well portioned, and so enjoyable. Chef Glenys was entertaining and knowledgeable, sharing stories from her time in Morocco, and I picked up a few tips and tricks along the way.
I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a snack plate with products from the store when the class started. Our menu included a smoky eggplant and bean dip with yogurt flatbread, Moroccan chopped salad, chicken tajine, and almond semolina cake with lemon syrup and vanilla ice cream. We loved every single course from start to finish.
Halfway through the class we were invited to browse the shop, and attendees receive 10% off the entire store, which is a great perk. The store offers a wonderful selection of unique gourmet products, including several items that were used during the class. The staff were wonderful as well. Plates were cleared quickly, waters were always topped up, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The owners were equally warm and made the whole experience feel personal.
Such a well organized and thoughtful class. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend.

My wife and I had the most delightful experience with Eden West Gourmet at the live cooking event. We had the pleasure of enjoying an evening of Morrocan flavors, brought to us by the talented Chef Glenys Morgan and staff of EWG. We cant wait to come back and explore all the different cuisines and styles EWG has to offer. As an additional bonus, we had the opportunity to bring home some frozen croissants, that will be perfect for our next brunch. There was so much to offer in store, if you love to cook or even to explore different regional cuisines, Eden West Gourmet is a must visit!

We just completed the Most Authentic Tacos cooking class and Chef Luis was an inspiring teacher. He shared his decades of experience cooking delicious Mexican food from scratch and he made it look so easy! We also loved getting some hands-on experience pressing tortillas and frying them (So Easy!!) and everything we ate was delicious. We can’t wait to try all the recipes he gave us. Thank you!!

Beautiful store and the cooking classes are amazing… we did the Italian grilling class .. it’s an informative cooking demonstration and you get to eat each course! The food was amazing. Great alternative to just going out for dinner :) you also get to bring your own drinks to accompany the meal.

This is absolutely the best place for cooking classes and their kids cooking classes are absolutely outstanding
Do you have a great selection of gourmet foods there
You can buy everything from pasta that is beautiful to dynamite jams
They even sell lobster oil
The owner is delightful to deal with
The staff there is wonderful
Great selection of spices
When you go into this gourmet grocery store the staff knows about each and every product it makes life more enjoyable
They do have a killer's T selection and I happen to try one of the t's there I believe it was a Vancouver blend and it was so delicious oh my goodness
If you like good food if you like to have a great time and you want to buy a quality products this is the place for you

I attended bites and sips for an evening of cocktails and dinner. I appreciated the recipes were already printed and ready to go which allowed me to sit back and soak up other learnings. The food and the cocktails were excellent. You could purchase key ingredients from the shop if you wanted to during the event. Good energy and atmosphere. I will be back for another.

My brother and I took part in the Tasting Menu for Summer Parties with Chef Glenys Morgan, it was fabulous!
Loved that we got to experience how each dish is supposed to taste, learn some new tips to improve our own cooking, got some recommendations of local spots to buy produce and meats of quality and we had fun whilst there engaging with Chef Glenys, the staff and others attending.
I forgot to take a picture of the dessert with my eagerness to eat it? that's how we know it was a great evening, my intention to take pictures of every part of the experience was derailed.

My friend and I had the best time at this amazing event. Chef Glenys demonstrated her cooking techniques with ease, with lots of interesting commentary. The evening was progressing very nicely, with the dishes being served one after another, and with very generous portion. This was my first time experiencing this kind of cooking demonstration and I cannot recommend it enough. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, the dishes absolutely spectacular and tasty. If you want to experience an evening of the highest quality cuisine with the most perfect execution do not hesitate to book this event!

Very interesting and unforgettable experience for Friday night. We like this friendly atmosphere where you relax eating amazing food with fresh drinks, watching and listening chef Glynis Morgan preparing special Mediterranean recipes. My favorite was Lemon-Cilantro Dip for wings, Lamb Meatballs/Kebabs and Pistachio Cake. I learned a LOT!

My husband and I took Chef Valentine’s Introduction to Sourdough class and were delighted! Not only did she walk us through the process step by step, but we were served three delicious plates during the three-hour class, and brought home loaves to bake, as well as sourdough starters to continue making more scrumptious bread! Will definitely be returning ?

This wonderful place is quickly becoming our go-to for our staff teambuilding events. We just had our last one a couple of weeks ago and it was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Eden West really pulls out all of the stops for us. We were able to choose our own customized menu, learned lots of great cooking tips, ate some incredible food and came home with full bellies as well as all the recipes to make the same meal at home (which I already have!). My honey has gone on his own, we have gone as a couple, we have gone with another couple and we have also gone with 16 coworkers - each time it has been fabulous! Definitely recommend Eden West and especially Valentine who took such great care of us. And a big shout out to chef Glenys - you rock!
