Always impressed by the service here! I had brought in my car today because it has a screw in the tire. Not only did they fit me in today without an appointment, but they are more than fair with their pricing. All handled within an hour. Great place to take you car for any sort of tire or service need!

Recently had my oil changed at A drive-through business which didn’t go so well. Let’s say they didn’t take responsibility. I took my vehicle into Grip Auto as I was heading to Kamloops within two days. They got me in as an emergency appointment sand looked over the vehicle. They fixed the problem and gave me a courtesy car to use. I was so grateful as the last thing I needed was to get stuck on the Coquihalla by myself. The front staff are knowledgable and Lee is an absolute gem. Thank you so much!

My wife and I were big supporters of Talisman Tire, such a great group of individuals (Looking at you Mike and Lee) who always put there customers first. What I really liked about them is that they didn't oversell work. They would inform what issues took top priority and what work needed to be done in the future. I respect that so much.
I am so happy to share that the change over to Gripp Tire has maintained and continues to demonstrate the top level work ethic and customer service. I won't get into details, but how Gripp Auto handled a recent situation was just above and beyond, and I can't rave more about how great this auto body shop is. Thank you guys!

Most expensive place I've been to. Will inflate your bill and not explain any reasoning behind the number of hours spent. In fact, the number of labour hours aren't even listed out on the invoice. Stay away..
