Deplorable, unprofessional service and simply incompetent bunch. Test drove the car, 2012 Mazda5 with the salesman, rattling, clunking noise from the back was obvious. Came back and the car went for a check. Couple of hours later the winter tires/rims were put in the car and I left for Kelowna thinking that they have done their job. The next day I drove without the winter tires in the car and all the noises were still there. Contacted the salesman about the unresolved problems/ issues. He told me to get a diagnosis from Kelowna Mazda, which I did and paid $222 for. Their estimate was $2393 Last I heard was that Toyota Port Moody's service manager is in contact with Kelowna Mazda's service manager and NAPA's manger discussing the quality of the supposed new struts that supposedly went into the car. Cheapskates. The service department should not have released the car even for a test drive let alone final sale since it was not done/safe. I even asked the salesman to test drive the car for himself before I flew to Vancouver. The saga continues. OPENROAD's reputation is totally false. Any old used car lot would been the same. STAY AWAY

Outstanding customer service!! Noor, my salesperson was awesome! The whole experience was so smooth, their team really went above and beyond. I'm amazed as this level of customer service just doesn't seem to exist anymore. If I could give more stars I would!

I recently had a fantastic experience at OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody. From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. My salesman, Mr. Ghotbi, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The financial services team and the insurance assistant were also very helpful, ensuring that all the details were handled professionally.

Totally overrated dealership. Inquired about brand new 2024 2025 hybrid recently and the salesman j.w. , ask if I’m trading in and financing. As soon as I told them the details of the trade in and financing. He suddenly wasn’t interested anymore and hang up. This dealership “screen you out” as a buyer by asking about trade in and financing because they know that Toyota has a crazy long list for their hybrids . Time to switch to a different Japanese Brand, I guess.

Open Road Toyota Port Moody has been the best dealership I’ve ever been purchased from. I have now purchased my second vehicle from them and have nothing but great admiration for how they respect their customers by going above and beyond. My sales representative Kiwo and the sales manager Aliahs were personable and knowledgeable making the process smoother from a complex situation with different dealership. 10/10 highly recommend!

When you are in need, DON'T just show up. My tire punctured, and I have ESP covering that as well, but hey, no luck to be helped, and go find yourself where you can get help. Anyway, I guess this is not a good gesture for Lexus buyers.
