I went to OTF Port Moody for almost 3 years, but had an accident, hurt my knee and had to cancel... My wife still goes. This gym is quite different, pricey but you do get your money's worth. Great trainers keep an eye and direct you until you are doing the movements correctly. Sometimes they have a lot of people per class (weekend 3G classes) in which the have 3 groups and rotate amongst stations (rowers, treadmill and strength training).My wife just restarted post-COVID, and her only concern is she wasn't asked if she's double vaccinated and few wear masks while working out... So we assume nobody's being asked... which, with numbers going back up in BC, is a bit concerning.All gyms got hit pretty hard financially during the pandemic, I would think they'd have an invested interest in minimizing cases, yet they allow anyone in, no questions asked, into a small area to work out side by side... weird.Anyway... Great gym and awesome trainers... I'd give it 5 stars if they decided to be trendsetters and help society beat this thing, by mildly pushing all to get their shots.

Never knew what Orange Theory was until my initial visit. Learned about the concept and fell in love with the efficiency of these HIIT workouts. From the team at the front desk to the coaches, this operation is top notch. Coaches are very personable and take the time to chat on virtually every visit. The workouts are geared to people of different abilities and skill levels and they offer variations as well. Been going for about 6 months and am very happy with the decision to join. I would highly recommend trying it out.

Always a great workout - staff is friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and fun. If you can get a roomful of people to voluntarily hold a plank at 6 AM, you're clearly doing something right. Shoutout to Jane!

Gosh I love this place. Being a member of Port Moody Orange Theory has been one of the best self-care decisions I've made. It's taken me through 2 post partum stages in my life and allowed me to be a better caregiver to my family. The coaches and staff have been so encouraging, caring and challenge me to forget everything and focus on myself for the next 60 minutes. I'm forever grateful to have a place like this. Thanks Team!

A great combination of fantastic supportive yet challenging workouts, along with a great group of staff and other members. If people have been coming here consistently since they open it’s a good sign.

I am thrilled with my experience with Orange Theory. In other facilities I wander, not making the maximum use of my time. At OT, I have an intense workout...I am in and out and ready for the day. I love it!

I’ve been a member at OTF Port Moody since they opened 8 years ago. I love the variety of workouts and all the new additional strength classes they’ve recently added! The front desk staff have created a fun environment for all the members with monthly challenges and games, Lisa is a ray of sunshine! It truly feels like my OTF family, amazing workouts, kind and motivating trainers (we are so lucky!) and super friendly and inspiring members! There’s nothing else like it out there!

OTF Port Moody is the best workout out there! It is dynamic and motivating, the coaches are amazing, the classes are different everyday, all the team is so nice! The ppl at reception are adorable! I ve been going there for almost 8 years and would not switch gyms. I love that you are not by yourself, the group setting motivate us! Just love it! Highly recommend it, it really works.

Lisa is super friendly and welcoming! The trainers are nice and motivating and the work out is great and not as intimidating as I thought it was going to be. The location offered a free trial and have me hooked! Conveniently located in Suter Brook Village, there is also free one hour parking under Thrifty's you can use.

Orangetheory has become my fitness sanctuary! The exceptional team at the front desk and the motivating trainers have created an atmosphere that keeps me coming back. The heart rate monitor not only tracks my progress but fuels my determination as I see the calories burn away. As someone who wasn’t a regular gym-goer, I’ve finally found my fitness haven. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend Orangetheory to anyone seeking a dynamic and results-driven workout experience.

The staff and coaches are great, but the space has more stations than it should. It's very cramped and uncomfortable when it's full as people struggle trying to do their exercises without invading each other spaces.
