Port Moody branch, June 29 2023, 2:00 pm. Waited 45 minutes in the line to deposit a bank draft. The branch had one staff and one manager on the counter who were chatting and laughing unrelated stuff while the queue had about 8-10 people. A couple of seniors couldn't wait any longer and left. I asked for the manager's name card and she seemed not care.

I've always had great customer service here, especially from Chloe and Max. Friendly, efficient and comfortable. Really appreciate having this RBC branch so close to home.

I try to go to other branches when I need in-person things to be done. I experience too many mistakes from this branch. Poor management and training.I think this place deserves two stars, but I have a gripe with RBC in general and it's this:I hate talking to a machine on the phone.

I’ve been a student pilot since May of 2020 but was getting charged a service fee each month as if I wasn’t. I was gladly paid back for 6 months of getting my hard earned money skimmed by RBC for holding it but would be nice to get the rest paid back so that I can put it towards textbooks and my student pilot flights. Just facts. I know RBC does millions of dollars in community outreach and charity and advertising presentation - so start with doing the right thing with the people that give their money. Please help if you’re reading this. Thank you!

I had forgotten my client card PIN number. I asked for setting up a new one. The teller said it is not possible because I have Saskatchewan Driver’s Licence not the BC one and I have to apply for a new BC Driver’s Licence in order to change my PIN!!!I get the job done easily in another branch in 10 minutes without any issues.
