Cashier didn’t know how to use app to scan points for purchases, nor did he seem interested or offered to help. While I was still trying to navigate the app he told me to hurry up because he wanted to step outside. Very low-level customer service attitude.

Car wash station is always broken and shutdown despite of weather,
(I visited more often in winter, and I can tell half of the time the wand equipments are not usable)
Staffs are nice but just not taking actions to maintain a workable facility
