Cashier didn’t know how to use app to scan points for purchases, nor did he seem interested or offered to help. While I was still trying to navigate the app he told me to hurry up because he wanted to step outside. Very low-level customer service attitude.

The pumps have ads with sound while you're pumping gas. Never coming here again.

Car wash station is always broken and shutdown despite of weather,
(I visited more often in winter, and I can tell half of the time the wand equipments are not usable)
Staffs are nice but just not taking actions to maintain a workable facility

Absolutely pathetic. The girl at the counter was jamming out to her airpods, texting her friends, and completely ignored me ( I was standing right in front of her) untill I adked for help. Then she said "$10.10" (that's it) and went back to playtime. Cashier is a customer service job. I"ve seen her behavior on tv before, but never in person. Worst gallon of milk ever.

The lady was rude and ignorant. Showed her my corporate card, but still got the regular price. Questioned her and was responded: well, save next time. Disgusting.
