I went there to return a beauty item never used with the receipt. They refused the return and told me to go to another shoppers to return it. Such a waste of time. Do not go there for returns.

Came in to see if they were doing walk ins for Covid & Flu vaccines. They said after 3:30 they would do walk ins. Go home to make an appointment and there’s literally an open slot available every 15 min in their booking system. I could’ve just booked on my phone right then and there. The one lady seemed annoyed that I would even ask.

Wish I could give negative stars.Had nothing but trouble refilling prescriptions. They don't get faxes from my doctor despite being at the doctors office when they fax it, and they miss items on my prescription list if I hand it in personally. This has happened almost every single time.

Prescription was not ready when they said it was ready...this has happened multiple times. Do not get your prescriptions from this location.

Such an Inefficient pharmacy. Had to ask my doctor to send the prescription twice. The first time they couldn't find, the second time i was told they didn't have it but when i started to complain it appears from somewhere somehow. Thus type of episodes never happened at Shoppers on St.johns. I'll just back to St.johns one!

Phoned the pharmacy to check if they had Tylenol Arthritis in stock. The pharmacist told me they do have it without even checking. I told her that I wouldn't be able to come in til the next day so wanted to know how much inventory they had. She responded "Call in tomorrow then". Not very helpful.

Increased population in this area of Port Moody has probably overwhelmed our Pharmacy but they are my favorite and have always been friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have been going to them for over 2 decades.

My son-in-law (from Alberta) was trying to get a prescription filled at this location. The lady there refused to submit a claim directly for the coverage he had and told him to pay for it all and submit the claim on his own. When he got home, he realized she got both his name and address wrong on the receipt (and prescription) so he couldn't use it to make a claim. When he went back and tried to get her to fix the receipt, she got his name wrong two more times even though he gave her his driver's license and verbally spelt his name out for her. She acted annoyed when he told her she messed up the third time, but eventually she managed to it right. Seems like this lady was just lazy and didn't care about getting details right. If that person can't do her job correctly multiple times, perhaps she shouldn't be working there, especially with something as important as prescription drugs. Based on previous reviews, seems like the owner of this location doesn't really care to correct this as there were many previous poor reviews.

I live nearby and come only when I have to for essentials or to use the pharmacy. Some staff are friendly and helpful, particularly at the pharmacy, cashiers and the post office.Watch out for Jan the manager however, she's rude and unhelpful and will make you feel d*** for asking a question. I asked Manager Jan for her assistance regarding infant formula and you'd think i asked her to babysit for me with the attitude and look i recieved. Apparently, this location now keeps infant formula behind the till as opposed to the shelf, but failed to post a sign or something to let customers know this is the case. When I asked Jan about their stock of formula and if they had any, I was made to feel like a criminal and was assured the kind I'm looking for "probably wouldn't be there" after Jan waved me toward the general area of the till before she stomped off.I appreciate that there was a formula shortage in the spring, but I doubt that resulted in an increased theft of formula from moms just looking to feed their kids. Especially at this extremely suburban location in Port Moody. I think this decision should be reconsidered.I feel bad for the staff who have to work for Jan. I guess customer service isn't for everyone. Would it be so hard to put on a smile or make eye contact with a customer?

Every time my wife and I refill a prescription, it is not ready when the staff say it should be. Doesn’t seem to matter if we wait hours, or even days after receiving a call/email, the staff. ALWAYS seem confused and surprised when we come in. On top of this, the staff is frequently aggressive and rude, and often place blame on us for various reasons.Two recent examples within the last two weeks, my wife received an email to pick up her prescription from this location. When she arrived the staff first tried to tell her that the prescription was already filled. They were extremely rude about it. Then, after my wife and I became more assertive they tried to tell is that they had transferred our file to a new pharmacy (we just moved). We explained that we had just been directed by our new pharmacy to this one as they claimed the prescription was already filled. No apologies given, TONS of attitude.Just before that, I had a massive double jaw surgery on July 11th that required post op prescriptions. I went in with my wife prior to organize our medications. The staff gave me a time to pick up my prescription (which was close to my surgery date :/). I went in 4 hours after they told me my prescriptions were ready and a), no one recognized me, and b) they looked shocked, and c)NOTHING WAS READY.So so done with this place, Id give them 0 stars if I could.

I was just in this store location buying a chocolate bar, when a customer who was behind me demanded that I cut in front of him. Their were two grown woman cashiers, one was assisting an elderly woman, than another clerk ( who I recognized from previous walk-ins assisted me , and a very rude and violent patron began claiming that I have cut infront of him when that was not the case. Soon after I made a purchase this tyrant followed me outside and began harassing me in ioco parking lot and no one helped me. I am truly dissatisfied with this location because the cashier who has Been serving me since 2018 knew who I was and did not take action to remove this patron. This is unacceptable and I hope the manager has cameras that recorded this event. This is truly disgusting

I went to shoppers for return a product a few days ago that I had bought from the Locard branch, but unfortunately they said we could not return it. And I went back to another branch and they returned the product.

Yes my on going problem is with Olga who has been very rude and disrespectful to me, for some reason as I've seen from others her people skills are lacking, everyone in this pharmacy knows me I'm always happy Greg and all staff are amazing, but would really like to complain about Olga shes not a nice person and has treated me badly several times, im not sure how to make this better as I use the pharmacy so often ,sadly I hope I don't gave to change locations as I see other post in regards to her behavior. Please if anything talk with Olga about her public relations skills and an appolagy of some sort from her would be muchly appreciated. Ty Kevin Nissen
