Asked for statements from the representative and the Bank manager which was requested from police department yesterday. (What time was card tapped) Manager was too cool to walk up and shouted “that’s all we can provide” across her desk. 1.Unprofessional. They told me they couldn’t give me anything other than the papers with wrong timings on it. Travelled further and I walked into poco branch and manager just printed it out and handed it in. I can’t believe that even the manager wouldn’t have in depth knowledge of their system. 2. New??

Jason was an excellent help, and a quick and timely solution for a line of credit approval. He went above and beyond during our phone appt and everything is set up perfectly for our new car and it is thanks to his problemsolving that got us there. Keep up the good work Jason!

AWFUL, DO NOT GET LOANS HERE - even during covid they refuse to give me the information on my account over the phone (JUST THE INFO TO PAY THEM ONLINE I WANT) They say you have to go into a branch for your own account number to online pay...... THAT DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE. Not only that but I just got my account numbers for my other loans yest on the phone quite easily from Scotia bank & CIBC> THANKS FOR NOTHING - I will make sure I never accept a TD Loan again. I would give 0 Starts if I could. I even called the branch which the person was just rude and wants me to come into the branch to get a simple account number. This is not even something someone could get and "take money from me."

I've been banking with TD for over 25 years and this was the very first location that made me feel judged. The lady quickly slams her teller desk to show closed as I walk to the line up and tells me her computer isn't working with an attitude. As the other teller helps me, she helps the next person, then sits down and acts with bad body language. The difference between me and the other customer is our skin tone and I am covered with tattoos. This location needs to step up their customer service and welcoming behavior. As a business owner with many staff, I can tell there is poor management. It was most likely the manager that brushed me off.

Very disappointed with TD at the moment. I'm trying to do my part not going down to the branch and use their online message system. The reply was an FAQ that I already read and stated I need specific instructions, not I may need this or that. I'm not going to GUESS when transferring money!
