Staff overall are always a pleasure, whether day or night. One of if not the only store open 24/7 around these parts, with the exception of being closed once in a blue moon for mopping for other understandable reasons.
Coffee station is so well equipped, that I get a refill at least once or twice a day. Coffee itself, is sort of what you'd expect. But mixing in some french vanilla cappuccino etc really makes each drink that much better, imo.
They even have a self checkout!

Fairly friendly staff...The counter where people can sit ,needs cleaning more ,and the floor in that area in always very dirty...If you go days later you can still tell not been cleaned, same muck still there and ants...

This is in regards to the 7-11 points card not about the store. It is very frustrating that this company expires your points after earning them and that they fail to warn customers that the points are about to expire. So I give the corporation a zero on customer service.

Buy Google play card from there it's a faulty one . They don't give me my recipt for it . So when I got ahold of Google they can't do anything for me because I don't have a receipt. And now I'm out 150 dollars because people don't know how to do there job . Never shop here. They don't care about anything

Staff were friendly and served us immediately upon going to the checkout. Store is pretty much the only place open late in Powell River, and a great place to grab late night snacks, can get anything from hotdogs to candy to slurpees and a few essentials.

The hot food options are quite varied and reasonably priced. Try the meatball skewers. Everything else is as you'd expect from any convenience store.

The Sev-Elev here is a beauty within itself. Staying true, the logo and the familiar stripes of true North American pride are both represented. The short but sweet array of slushy flavours vary like the people who come in and out of the store. The employees are well taught and very kind towards the customers. 5 stars.

3 employees on duty and one girl working both tills by herself with a long line up. It apparently takes 2 employees to hose down sales racks instead of focusing on customers.Girl on till deserves 5 stars while the other 2 ignoring customer service deserve 1.
