Purchased a pepperoni stick and some rice cakes - both items were expired. The pepperoni stick was 1 week past best before date. The rice cakes had an expiration date of almost 1.5 years ago. They were also selling sandwiches that were 4 days old. I do not recommend this store.

Time changes everything. In the late 1950s, Black Point General Store was a new store where people shopped if they lived on Highway 101 southeast of Westview. There was a broad selection of products including groceries and fishing gear. This was a pit stop for my brother and I when delivering newspapers from Lang Bay to Pine Tree Place. Today, the store is a place to buy non-perishable groceries, ice cream and other frozen treats, liquor, but not fresh produce. The place looks a little run-down.

It's like a larger convenience store that doesn't sell fresh fruits and vegetables.

Great place to pick up some cold beer and a few snacks. You can even drop off your recycling next to the store on the right days.

Gteat little store out south, a smidge pricey, but less so than the drive into town. Alot there to keep you from having to make that trip becaise you forgot smokes or bread. (And theyve had the same 2for4$ rockstar deal since i moved here but dont tell anybody or they might take it down and thats my life were talking about) ;) sshhhhh
