Handing my car over for bodywork repairs, I was initially skeptical and concerned about the quality, as I’d heard of many workshops lacking expertise with European vehicles. However, my concerns proved unfounded. The Fix Auto team did an excellent job—body repairs were performed professionally, with meticulous painting and alignment. Special thanks to Mike, who attentively considered my requests and ensured my car received proper care. I highly recommend this company. Thank you to the whole team Fixauto Powell River!

We are VERY HAPPY with the professional and friendly attitude of Mike and the staff.
After a side impact, the paint repair FEELS and looks great, and the gap alignment is better than factory. Mike's attention to detail is a credit to the industry.
We had mentioned 2 side issues to Mike during his first review of the collision; upon return of the vehicle, he had spent extra time to resolve them. Unexpected, and appreciated.
We hope to not ever need vehicle repairs again, but in Powell River BC, this would be our first stop.

I left my truck with Fix Auto to replace my bumper as part of an ICBC claim. I needed a few other jobs done and Mike agreed to do them while it was there.
The bumper replacement looks fine. However, they just didn't do any of the other work. I was told the ICBC claim would include a repaint of the back quarter panel, and it didn't. Worst of all, when I got my vehicle back, it had clearly been backed into, and damaged while in their care.
I was told they'd call me to bring it back and fix the damage they caused, but it's been two weeks and I've heard nothing. Communication on their end has always been bad. Overall, I'm very disappointed.

I was in town for just a couple of days and I had issue with my back window not going down. I stopped into Fix Auto and although they could t repair at the time, he was very helpful, offered a solution and took the time to troubleshoot the problem. Thank you Fix Auto Powell River!!?

My vehicle had paint flaking on the tail gate. The team at fix auto had a look, took pictures and quickly got back to me with a very reasonable quote. They scheduled me in for the work to be done soon after I approved. My vehicle was in the shop for 3.5 days. They did an excellent job, looks brand new. The entire time they were very professional and honest. The final invoice came to less than I was quoted, based either on materials or labor being less. Thank you Mike and team.

When my car was repaired, the work and repair came with a guarantee for as long as I owned the car. Very well repaired, couldn't see where the damage used to be. Very satisfied.

Highly recommended, staff and owner are great people. Booked me in quickly and got everything done in one day. Truck looks amazing, they polished the scratches out and did the rust check (and fixed the leaking cargo light). i will be sending all friends and family to this store for the same treatment.
