The store is safe, clean, and well-organized. If something is not in stock, they are happy to order it in. It is a fantastic go-to place for fur babies, who love going there.

Robyn was very helpful fitting a harness and collar for our new addition to the family that we adopted from the BC SPCA Powell River. She also helped a lot with food supplements for our senior dog. And treats of course 😋

Always fantastic every time I step in the door with a friendly welcome, assistance, and knowledge of their products. They also have everything you need, and if there is something specific you're looking for and its not in stock, they are happy to order it in for you. My go-to place for my fur babies!
