Jay did a really thorough home inspection on our home, the report was very detailed and informative. He also walked us through and pointed out any major concerns and even provided some ideas for how to address them. We are really happy with the inspection!

Jay does a great job and writes a thorough report which helped us make some tough but necessary decisions regarding a Texada purchase. He was a clear communicator and we would recommend him to anyone considering a purchase in the Powell River area.
