“My sister and I had the unfortunate experience of breaking down in the Pine Pass recently, 200 km from home, and James came to our rescue!The first question he asked was 'are you safe and warm?'.He informed us that he'd be on the road as soon as he switched trucks (to accommodate two passengers), and fuelled up.He gave us his ETA, and updated us enroute.Once he arrived, he got us settled in his warm truck while loading our vehicle, and kept us very entertained throughout the 2 hour drive home.He also gave me his thoughts (correctly), on what the issue would likely be, and prepared me for what is going to be a costly repair..James truly made a crappy situation the best it could possibly be! I would not hesitate to recommend Black Sheep Auto Towing for anyone requiring their services!”

“Have had a great experience with OK tire since moving here a few years ago , first was when I had a Bead leak on an atv tire , I walked in with no appointment, they told me to come back shortly and it will be done , when I came back it was fixed and they said there was no charge! From right there I said I will be giving my business to this place !Then recently I went in to have some new custom spoke wheels and tires mounted and balanced, they got them all done and I picked them up a few hours later , I came home and noticed one was flat, no biggie I tried to fill it but was still leaking air , I called them and they said bring it back and they will fix it , it turned out to be one of the brand new wheels I ordered from out of country one of the spokes was leaking , they fixed it anyways and didn’t charge me extra . Which they did not have to do! Great people to deal with , I will always go back.”

“We had a work vehicle breakdown with a broken serpentine belt South of Prince George. Being back in Vancouver, I needed to find someone reliable and efficient to get the vehicle back on the road. I spoke to Rob at Buckhorn Mechanical and he made an exception to go repair the vehicle on the road, rather than wait for a tow truck and incur another expense. He got the parts in town and met the driver where the vehicle was to do the repair. Unfortunately, more parts were needed as the alternator bolt had creeped out and pushed into the idler pulley which had to be replaced. Rob sourced the new bolt and pulley and completed the repair. He had the driver take the vehicle back to the shop and scanned it to ensure there were no further issues. I highly recommend Buckhorn Automotive. Rob was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful in a difficult situation.”

They were slightly less cost than what I was quoted elsewhere, and did an extra repair that came up just before I took it in, which was another hour of work.
