“My sister and I had the unfortunate experience of breaking down in the Pine Pass recently, 200 km from home, and James came to our rescue!The first question he asked was 'are you safe and warm?'.He informed us that he'd be on the road as soon as he switched trucks (to accommodate two passengers), and fuelled up.He gave us his ETA, and updated us enroute.Once he arrived, he got us settled in his warm truck while loading our vehicle, and kept us very entertained throughout the 2 hour drive home.He also gave me his thoughts (correctly), on what the issue would likely be, and prepared me for what is going to be a costly repair..James truly made a crappy situation the best it could possibly be!
