My hunny & I went into Bosleys for the very first time today just to kill some time while we waited for another business to open & had such an awesome experience.
We had a young lady named Kennedy help us & she was amazing!
She was so educated on any and all products we asked about and she gave the best recommendations.
We are now switching our dogs food to something much more healthy and cost effective!
Thank you so much for your help today Kennedy!
We hope your employers see this and recognize what an asset you are to their company. :)

Had to ask someone who knew where the peanutbutter crunchies were!! Staff is friendly, very clean store. Noticed that they have the wash centers for my dog. That will be fun next year. Will return. Ty you Bosley.

I purchased dog snow pants for my doodle. They didn’t have any size 5s so I went with the next size up. Of course, they were too big. I was told I could exchange them so I wasn’t worried. I came in a week later to exchange, still no size 5s in stock so trying a size 4. They inspected my returned pair and agreed there were no issues and they were clean. The cardboard they came in wasn’t with them so the manager decided no exchange. I asked if they could get another tag for them, they said no. I was not told this was a requirement for exchange when I purchased them. I figured they could scan another pair as they wouldn’t have unique ID codes, but apparently not. So now I have a $70 pair of perfectly new snow pants that don’t fit my dog, just because I didn’t have the tag. For a company that makes thousands of dollars and can likely afford to do an exchange to provide good customer service, it’s pretty bad that they will turn a paying customer away because of a missing tag. Will not be coming back for future purchases. I would have been better off going through Amazon.
