Bunch of big entitled cry babies writing these reviews. The staff always try their best despite staffing issues.

Most of the reviews have nothing to do with this location. Other than some long lineups sometimes, I've often gotten good service here. I would recommend always having 2 available for the counter, and have a 2-line system where those just picking up parcels can get them right away. It would help with the lineups. Thanks!
