Pro Tech was one of the places I could get in the earliest and Troy was so awesome explaining the process of what would happen to my car during the entire process. Dawn who I also spoke on the phone with was so friendly and helpful and gave me helpful advice after icbc ended up determining my car was a total loss. Even though I didn’t get to maintain my appointment with them, I felt cared for and that I was in great hands which was a major relief in a crappy situation”

“I would have given 5 stars but we had a rough start. Truck went in for body work, which I was told would be up to 2 weeks
In 3 days I got a call to pick up the truck
It looked great from outside but the 3 days timeline bothered me.
Upon inspection there were some concerns of which when I let Norgate know. They then went all out and made the corrections, above and beyond the call of duty.
They showed me all the photos they have of the job making me comfortable with everything that was done. Well done Norgate!
